Gold Award

Completed in seven months, this complete heritage house renovation involved restoring the cottage appearance of the property-front while developing a modern/contemporary design at the rear. Standout updates include the modernised bathroom, personalised master bedroom and inviting new outdoor area.  

Silver Award

1930s bungalow renovations are rarely straightforward, but this update was carefully managed and completed to a stunning standard within a six month period. Optimised with indoor-outdoor flow, a stylish new bathroom design and contemporary kitchen update; this home now offers a cohesive blend between old and new.   

Bronze Award

 Kim Reiche for “A modern home renovation in Manurewa”
This lovely Manurewa home was enhanced over just nine weeks with optimised natural light, new decking, a fresh colour palette, an open-plan layout, an upgraded kitchen, a brand new bathroom and master suite. Now complete, the homeowners say the renovation has “really changed [their] lives”.
