Introducing Tom Kettell, our new Christchurch Renovation Consultant

We are pleased to welcome Tom Kettell, our newest Christchurch Refresh Renovations franchisee.
Tom moved to Aotearoa from the UK in 2011 to help rebuild Christchurch following the earthquakes. A Quantity Surveyor and experienced Project Manager, Tom has enjoyed a successful career in the civil construction industry, being named Civil Contractors New Zealand’s (CCNZ) Emerging Leader of 2021. 
Meeting people and helping them to change and improve the quality of their family’s lives underpins Tom’s approach to renovation projects. This drive to exceed client expectations, combined with his business and financial acumen, equips him to take on renovations of all types and sizes.
Tom also understands the value of surrounding himself with people who share his passion for quality craftsmanship and service delivery and has a well-established network of designers, architects, builders, and tradespeople in Christchurch to deliver exceptional results.
