Renovation specialist David Dolphin was given a short time frame to complete this kitchen renovation. Despite a few challenges, it was finished on time.
Our Frankton clients needed a quick and cost-effective kitchen upgrade to get their property ready for sale. They contacted David to help. Time was of the essence, as the auction date had already been set. We recommended a Mitre 10 kitchen solution to meet the requirement for a quick turnaround and a fresh finish for a competitive price. We encountered a few challenges along the way. The home dated from the 1950s and the kitchen was original. More remedial building work (e.g. to straighten the walls before re-lining) was needed than planned, and an upgrade of the electric switchboard was trickier than expected. All the same, the project was completed in time for the first open home.
