Bathroom renovation in Wellington, NZ

Ready to enter into their first-ever renovation project - a bathroom and toilet makeover - the owners of this 1960s suburban townhouse contacted their local Refresh Renovations Specialist Mark Morrison. From there, homeowners Mark and Lisa worked with Morrison’s team (Renovation Consultant Jenelle Winstanley and their Project Manager) to design, develop and implement their ideal new bathroom.

Once the project’s design, timeline and quote had been approved, the Project Manager scheduled in and supervised an experienced team of tradespeople who carry out the works. This included construction, concrete drilling,  plumbing, electrical work, plastering, tiling, painting, vinyl flooring installation and double glazed window installations. Carried out within 49 days, the project was completed exactly on time, allowing Lisa and Mark to enjoy their new space without delay.
