Terms and conditions
Eligibility and Entry
Project Requirement: Entry is automatic for renovation projects valued at $150k+ GST with Mark Docherty from Refresh Renovations Waikato.
Residency: Open to New Zealand citizens or permanent residents aged 18 and over.
Limitations: One entry per person. A non-refundable deposit is required to qualify, and the project must be paid in full for prize transfer.
Prize Details
Flights: 2 return Jetstar flights from Hamilton Airport to Sydney or the Gold Coast, including 20kg of checked baggage.
Exclusions: Accommodation, transfers, additional baggage, peak times (e.g., school holidays), and visa requirements are not included.
Conditions: Flights are non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to Jetstar’s terms and conditions.
Promotion Rules
Chances of Winning: 1 in 5. If 10 entries are received, a second prize draw will be held.
Privacy: Entrants consent to their personal details being added to the Refresh Renovations database as per the Privacy Policy.
Draw Process
Supervision: Conducted under independent oversight using a random generator.
Notification: Winners will be contacted within 24 hours via email or phone and announced on the Refresh Renovations website for at least 30 days.
Prize Conditions
Non-Cash: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
Winner’s Responsibility: Winners are responsible for any additional expenses, including tax obligations, and ensuring legal and safety compliance for the prize's use.
