Is it worth renovating an old house?

There are two forms of investment used in determining whether or not something is worth doing; time and money. Renovating an old house comes with unique challenges but the end results are often a bespoke design that will be cherished for years to come, making the time investment worth it. And in terms of financial investments, while not guaranteed, a professionally led and executed renovation that takes into account longevity and smart spending can be a great way to increase property value and see a great return on investment.

At Refresh, we aim to make every renovation as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. This includes working with homeowners to ensure they’re comfortable with both the time and money they are spending on their renovation so they feel renovating their old house is worth it.
