What is the best way to extend your home?

With the many different property and house types across Wellington, there is no blanket approach to extending a house. The best way to increase the square meterage of your house will depend on what’s possible with regards to the size of your current house, its structural and engineered capabilities, council rules and regulations as well as budget considerations.

At Refresh®, you’re in good hands. We’ve completed well over a thousand renovations across the country and are working with well-respected tradesmen and a reliable network of local suppliers. Our experienced team will be able to marry up all of the different requirements and develop a design plan created specifically for you and your house. There may be different possibilities of extending your home, whether that means converting previously unused attic space, building a second storey, excavating space underneath your house or pushing the walls out at ground level.
