How much will my project cost?

Every home and project is different, so we can’t provide an accurate cost estimate until we have carried out a concept and feasibility study. As a rough guide, Refresh has carried out home extensions/additions within the range of $90,000 - $350,000+*, home restorations for approximately $110,000* and large scale renovations between $95,000 - $500,000+*. Will Refresh take care of any required council consent applications?

Should your project require building or resource consent, Refresh can take care of this for you. This is usually required for projects which make structural adjustments to a building (e.g. extensions/additions) or for projects which could potentially affect the land and surrounding environment. What are some current trends in modern architecture?

In modern architecture, there is a real focus on creating homes that are ideal for entertaining. Indoor/outdoor flow, open plan spaces, innovative design and intricate materials and details are all cleverly factored in to create unique, atmospheric spaces. However, the priority should always be to create spaces that are personal to the homeowner. In any modern design, natural light and low-maintenance is key.
