We searched the internet and found Refresh, I’m very glad we did. It would have been very hard to organise it all ourselves. There were so many different people involved. If you have a project manager, they make sure everything gets done. It makes life so much easier.

Our Architectural Designer put us in touch with Refresh Renovations. They believe in collaborative relationships and were always open to our ideas and suggestions. We needed to trust the experts to guide us through this.

We recently did a major extension on our 1940’s brick bungalow.  After tendering the project with 5 different building companies, we feel that we made a great decision in employing Mark and Kendal.  Throughout the process they were able to work well with our ideas while also bringing to the table plenty of their own knowledge and flair to the project.  We found both Mark and Kendal to be honest and hard working with an amazing team of professional builders and sub-contractors behind them.  The project was delivered to us on time and on budget.  This was a big project for us and made an enjoyable experience, thanks to the great team at Refresh Renovations.

Guy, Matt and the team helped us through a difficult time with our (previously) leaky house. They gave us sound advice on the best course of action and provided a professional, economic solution - a great job was done. Since then they have renovated our bathroom and created an outdoor entertainment area. Great guys with a professional approach and I'm happy to recommend them.

Guy and his team have worked on two renovations for us and both have been hassle free thanks to their professionalism, consideration and can-do attitude. Genuinely helpful, adaptable in their work and very tidy! A real pleasure to deal with, we wouldn't use anyone else for our building work.

We had a double bedroom, ensuite and double garage addition to our home. A big project, but we found Guy Cobcroft and his team very pleasant to work with, honest and reliable. The work was completed well, not only within the approximate time line set but also within our budget. I would not hesitate to recommend their services for other renovation work.

We chose Kendal and Mark to do our 1910 villa renovation in St Mary's bay from 3 different builders. We chose him because we liked him and because he gave us a very detailed quote. This made us feel more comfortable because we had a definite budget and we didn't want any nasty surprises. Kendal had great attention to detail and listened to everything we said. We were fussy clients and he delivered on everything and always gave us the extra 10%. There were no dramas. We are completely happy with the end result.
