Working with Renovation Specialist Michael Harich in Sydney's North and Northern Beaches, Antonio is the Construction Manager and will oversee all construction activities of your home renovation project.
Antonio currently holds New South Wales Builders licence and trade licence in Construction Waterproofing. He is also qualified supervisor in Queensland for medium-rise buildings. An experienced Construction Manager, he has worked across various companies as a Project Manager, Site Manager, Foreman since the late 1990s and has owned and operated a construction company in Sydney.
Proven experience in successfully delivering highly complex construction projects around Australia, Antonio brings over 20 years’ practical experience in property development, particularly knockdown and rebuilds and renovations to luxury homes & duplexes. He has also in-depth knowledge and experiences in strata building upgrades.
In addition to a Diploma in Building and Construction, Antonio has completed a graduate certificate in Project Management from University of Technology Sydney, Certificate 4 in Architectural CAD and Certificate 3 in Construction Waterproofing and holds relevant tickets to operate construction plant and equipment in the field.
Antonio is also bilingual - speaks both English and Korean fluently. He has 2 boys and lives in Upper Northshore Sydney with his family.
