With a broad range of experience across an extensive range of industries and disciplines, Carley’s career to date serves her well in her role as Accounts Manager, and she’s happy to be part of the Refresh family, ensuring the team has everything they need to support client delivery and expectations.
In her last position as office manager at a construction company specialising in commercial and residential builds, Carley gained experience in accounts, payroll and site administration. Carley also managed to work towards completing her NZ Certificate in Small Business and a NZ Certificate in Technology Essentials in her spare time. Valued employee, full time mother and a diligent student- she does it all.
This experience helped to lay a groundwork of appreciation for the pressures and stresses of the building industry, something Carley feels stands her in good stead to support the team, along with a good understanding of the background landscape to how construction projects run.
Carley loves being part of the Refresh team offering a full package from start to finish for renovation clients, and sees the advantage to customers as avoiding the complication of working with multiple teams and trades.
Mum to a young family, Carley enjoys her off-work role as taxi service for her kids’ sporting activities, spending time at parks and going for long walks with the family dog, Storm.
During the summer months Carley and her family love to switch off their devices and go back to basics on their annual camping trips.
