Ella Griffiths is the latest face to join Refresh Renovations West Sussex operating across Worthing, Brighton, Hove and the surrounding areas.
Ella’s background, professional and personal, is in dealing with people and administration, and its her passion for organisation as well as a good natter that really makes her the ideal person for the role. Working from the office of Refresh Renovations Brighton and Worthing, you’ll find that it’s often Ella who answers your calls, responds to your emails and files your documents when you get in touch.
Ella worked extensively for high street retailer Next plc in a customer-facing delivery management role; working in client relations, customer communications and on-the-shop-floor customer queries. Empathetic, personable and very approachable, you can always be sure that Ella will greet you with a smile and be sure to really understand any concerns or issues you have before intervening to grant you the best possible outcome. She’s a stickler for good time management, too, so you can rest assured that you won’t be waiting for days on end to hear from her!

Interior Design for Home Renovations in Brighton and Worthing

This isn’t to say you should think of Ella as just an office manager, however. Currently studying Interior Design at the British Academy of Interior Design in London, she also has creative input into many Refresh Renovations’ project proposals. Her passion for design and renovation has seen her work as a plasterer (providing her with ample knowledge of the construction roles and stages within reno projects) and even embark on a number of DIY renovations in her own home. She’s built a hen hut from scratch for her pet cockerel, created her own vanity unit, decorated the entire interior of her house by herself and flipped a whole room to remodel it. Never one to shy away from a spot of creativity, Ella’s input to projects often sees the inclusion of upcycling and bespoke builds to the final designs.
Other hobbies of Ella’s include agriculture and gardening, music and travel. In addition to the custom-homed cockerel she also has two pet Labradors and a corn snake. She’s light-hearted, always up for a challenge and always willing to brainstorm through new ideas even if they don’t fit quite in her usual scope. Indeed her willingness to get involved and passion for design saw Roger and Tracy who run Refresh Renovations West Sussex specifically invite her to apply for a role at the firm, knowing she’d be an invaluable asset for homeowners and renovators alike.
