I definitely made the right choice leaving my renovation needs to Hashim from Refresh Renovations. Hashim's professionalism and experience came to fore right from the start, where we generated design ideas through to the quoting and delivery process. I'm particularly thankful for his constant research and management of tradies, architects, consultants and private certifiers. Breaking down my external wall and building an outdoor deck didn't come without obstacles, especially from our local council and certifiers. But Hashim pushed through and fought for our family, which now not only opened up our house but gave us a home to be proud of! I look forward to our next project.

We were very happy with the entire experience with Hashim Nasser (Sydney). We were kept updated during most elements of the process and if there were any issues we were always informed.
I particularly appreciated the patience and care that was taken with all the small adjustments we had at the end. My only negative feedback is that a couple of decisions were made on the spot without giving us the opportunity to talk through our options as much as we would like (in particular the toilet). In general a great experience and will use again.

Hashim treated my project like it was his own and went above and beyond, when required, to make sure we were happy. Once the budget was agreed there were no unexpected changes. John was a fantastic construction manager - his knowledge and research of options ensured we could remove a load bearing wall in my second story apartment with what appeared like (!) no fuss. I purchased a home and planned to remove some built-in joinery and give a fresh coat of paint, but unexpectedly behind the joinery in each room were concrete exterior walls and water damage- and I discovered this when I already had a team of painters there. I was quite stressed, as I did not have a builder involved in the project, but remembered I had Hashim's contact details from a previous tentative discussion about potential reno's down the track- one phone call to Hashim and he was there with his building manager literally within an hour- we had new walls installed for the painters within 24 hours- it was so fast that painters were completely uninterrupted. Saved the day is an understatement, Hashim and John worked so hard at a moments notice to not only fix our surprise wall problem but also to coordinate tradespeople and "finish the house" to an incredibly high standard. To get the job done on a tight timeline, John was there himself mixing concrete on a Saturday afternoon, we are beyond grateful for the help and high quality work. Refresh Renovations do very high-quality work with excellent attention to detail and are very experienced builders/renovators.

Hashim from Refresh Renovations is professional, patient, approachable, responsive, and excellent in communications. He puts every thing on the table and is accountable for what he is committed. Some tradesmen just want quick profit and Hashim is different. He guided me and navigated through the whole process of architect's assessment, surveyor's report and DA application over the last half a year. Considering I do not live in Sydney he was extremely helpful and did many things on my behalf, such as council visit. He often organise online meetings with me and other relevant parties to discuss important matters. I felt relaxing and trusting when dealing with him. Highly recommended.
