She has over 14 years of experience as a project manager and has honed her skills throughout her professional career. Starting in sales support roles and progressing to positions on engineering and delivery teams, Michelle discovered her knack for planning and end-to-end delivery. 

When the opportunity presented itself to join Refresh, she eagerly rose to the challenge as interior design and architecture have always been a point of interest for Michelle. She understands how essential communication is for a successful renovation and works hard to keep transparent dialogue a priority. Coupled with her innate ability to build rapport with clients and trades, Michelle’s commitment to managing customer expectations and delivering an exceptional experience makes her an invaluable addition to the Refresh Wellington team.
