Rachel begins by working closely with our designer and our clients, to ensure we are capturing every design detail in the scope, so projects are priced accurately. She can come with you to explore kitchen cabinetry, bathroom fittings, tiles and flooring with our suppliers and discuss colour themes and options to really bring your renovation to life.

Once you have made your design decisions, Rachel will order all the materials from our suppliers and manage delivery to hit project deadlines, so your renovation stays on schedule.
