Tas is a highly experienced Construction Manager, with over 30 years experience in the building industry. Tas started his career as a carpenter, quickly progressing towards project management of multi-million dollar construction projects. After realising that he preferred the satisfaction of working with homeowners directly, he changed his direction to the domestic market.
Over the years Tas has gained a vast range of building experience, including building new homes and the construction of various extensions and renovations. For a number of years, a key focus for Tas was installing new swimming pools and creating modern outdoor areas. 
Tas is a natural problem solver, always looking for the best solution to deliver the highest quality result within the project constraints. His excellent communication skills enable him to quickly build strong relationships with both customers and construction teams, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and everyone is always well informed. Tas has strong attention to detail, ensuring that all work completed meets very high-quality standards, which when combined with his experienced team of tradies ensures a consistently high-quality result for customers. He has a detailed insight into the day-to-day, nitty-gritty mechanics of the job and combines this with the high-level project management experience gained in the commercial sector.
Through the many years of working on customers homes, he understands the importance of tidiness and cleanliness and seeks to minimise the impact of renovation work, in particular when the homeowner remains in the property. This aligns with Tas’ strong focus on Health and Safety on all he does, ensuring that the construction environment is safe and the construction team are following best practices. 
Tas enjoys managing renovation projects as each project is unique and often comes with unexpected challenges that have to be solved. It provides great reward seeing the transformation of a home and the enjoyment gained from the homeowners. His knowledge is invaluable on-site and will ensure that every project receives the care and attention to detail it deserves, and ultimately is delivered on time and within budget.
At the weekends if Tas is not renovating his own house or that of friends and family, he will be found enjoying a round of golf to wind down after a busy week.
