With a solid foundation in both construction management and business strategy, I am a dynamic Project Coordinator for Jim Gleeson and the team at KKG Limited (trading as Refresh Renovations).  Leveraging over four years of experience in the construction industry, I have successfully overseen multiple residential projects, ensuring a seamless execution from inception to completion.  I have managed projects totalling approximately fifty units and played an integral role in building around fifteen projects, bringing a unique blend of hands-on carpentry skills and project leadership to each endeavour.

I hold a Master's degree in Construction Management from Auckland University of Technology, complemented by a Master's degree in Business Management with a focus on Strategic Management from the University of Auckland. This dual academic background equips me with a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of construction, enabling me to manage projects efficiently while adhering to financial metrics and industry standards.

At Refresh Renovations,  I excel in coordinating multi-faceted projects.  My expertise spans project scope definition, scheduling, financial management, and resource allocation. I am adept at maintaining open lines of communication with clients through platforms like Buildertrend, ensuring transparency and timely updates throughout the project lifecycle. My leadership skills are further demonstrated in my ability to direct teams, manage subcontractors, and uphold rigorous health and safety standards on-site.

My proficiency with tools such as MS Office, Procore, and Xero enhances my project planning and execution capabilities, while my commitment to safety compliance ensures a secure working environment for all. Fluent in English and a native speaker of Chinese, I am well-positioned to serve a diverse clientele, delivering excellence and satisfaction in every project he undertakes.
