How much will it cost to install my new kitchen?
The cost of your kitchen installation will depend on the condition of your original kitchen, the materials you choose and your project specifications. As a rough guide, kitchen installations we have carried out in the past have tended to fall within a range of $20,000 - $70,000*. However, we will work with you to achieve an outcome that is in line with your budget and lifestyle needs.
*Costs are rough estimates only and are subject to change.
Will my kitchen installation require building consent?
Building consent generally isn’t required for projects which involve a like-for-like product replacement. If your kitchen renovation includes construction work or structural changes, you will most likely need building consent. Refresh can advise you on the council requirements surrounding your project and will ensure the work is carried out in accordance with local regulations.
How can I create more space in my small kitchen?
There are generally two ways to go about improving the spaciousness of a kitchen. If you are working within a limited budget, modern storage is your best friend. Pull-out storage is far more efficient than simply piling items up within deep cupboards. Floor-to-ceiling cabinetry is another way to get the most out of your space. If it’s within your budget, a kitchen extension might be the best solution.
